In an effort to streamline the process for requesting official transcripts, iUniversity Prep has partnered with Parchment to send high school transcripts electronically, securely, and confidentially, to colleges and universities. 

Current students are able to request transcripts for free until August 1 of the year in which they graduate from high school. The cost for Grapevine-Colleyville ISD alumni is $5 per copy.

Documented participation is required in order to maintain a student's enrolled status. 

In order to document online school attendance, students and Learning Coaches are expected to:​

• Maintain regular contact via phone, Canvas messages, or meetings with teachers (at least every two weeks)

• Successfully complete all online and offline assessments within the minimum calendar timeline

• Attend live lessons

   

Students who are not meeting the above criteria may face truancy charges.

To maintain good standing with regards to attendance, students must be on pace and passing each class. The iUniversity Prep work week begins Monday morning and ends Sunday night.  All assigned work must be completed by Sunday night each week. If a student is unable to complete their work, parents or learning coaches should notify the teacher or the office staff.

In addition to routine tests and other measures of achievement, students at certain grade levels will take state-mandated assessments, such as the STAAR, in the following subjects:

• Mathematics, annually in grades 3–8

• Reading, annually in grades 3-8

• Science in grades 5 and 8

• Social studies in grade 8

All students are required to attend STAAR and EOC testing on the date set by the state and school.  Testing sites will be arranged within 150 miles of each student. 

EOC assessments will be administered for the following courses:

• Algebra I

• English I, English II

• Biology

• United States History (Post 1877) 

Satisfactory performance on the applicable assessments will be required for graduation and will also affect the plan under which the student may graduate. 

​ A student who does not achieve the minimum required score on any individual assessment will be required to retake that assessment.

All students are required to attend EOC testing on the date set by the state and school. Testing sites will be arranged within 150 miles of each student.

Dual credit refers to an opportunity and an agreement through which a student may earn high school credit for successfully completing a college course that covers all the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) of any specified high school course. The “dual credit” earned is BOTH college credit and high school credit for one course. Students who qualify to take college courses in high school will work with school staff to choose appropriate courses.  ​
