Our team is here to support you every step of the way! Enrollment is first-come, first-served and grade levels have enrollment caps to maintain high-quality instruction and meaningful connections with staff. We always encourage families to apply early! 

1. Attend a Virtual Info Session: Learn more about our school community and get your questions answered through our interactive chat.  
   

2. Complete an Application: Gather your student’s required documents and complete an online application. 
   

3. Application Review and Approval: Our team will review completed applications and will be in touch with you to confirm any pending requirements. Students will be accepted once all eligibility requirements are met.
   

4. Welcome to iUP: One of our staff members will schedule an Enrollment Conference where they will get to know your student, share more about our program and schedule their classes. 
   

1. Review our admissions criteria to ensure your student is on a pathway to meet all requirements. 
   

2. If your student is currently enrolled in another Grapevine-Colleyville ISD school, disregard the rest of these steps and fill out this form. All other families proceed to step 3. If you are a current iUP student, you do not need to reapply.
   

3. Gather and scan these required documents: 

   1. Student’s birth certificate

   2. Student’s Social Security card

   3. Most recent grade report (report card or unofficial transcript)

   4. Parent/guardian driver's license

   5. Residency verification documents with address matching parent’s DL

      1. Recent utility (gas, water, electric) bill w/name and address

      2. Recent mortgage statement or current lease agreement
         

4. Submit your application to GCISD’s secure Skyward system. You will upload your necessary documents and complete forms.
   
   Please select 'New School Year (2026-2027)' for the school year and 'iUniversity Prep - 26-27' for the school.
